The Sales Executive is responsible for the communication and respect of the brand’s values, aligning market and brand strategies, providing a clear vision and position to the brand, and keeping track of business performance, opportunities and threats.

This role will report directly to the Sales Manager on all aspects of business: budgeting, commercial, and marketing strategy.



  • Daily Market visits to clients with management reports.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via multiple channels.
  • Keep a daily update of a database of information about their customers.
  • Demonstrate products to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Prepare schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Prepare new product presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Advise and discuss special promotions with clients.
  • Check quantities of goods on display and in stock.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Follow-up for payment collection.
  • Advice clients on the company’s policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • Communicate feedback and sales trends such as competitor’s activity gathered through field visits to concerned Managers.
  • Ensure a good understanding of the market and the clients.


  • Study marketplace trends in Iraq: brand ranking, market share, market research, competition, pricing, product comparison etc.
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in the Iraqi market to achieve the designated brand’s objectives.
  • Have an accurate awareness of brand principles and communicate the same to all clients.
  • Responsible for the A&P as agreed with the supplier and internally with the marketing manager and finance.


  • Follow up on new stores openings in Iraq according to guidelines: layout, project status, handover and merchandising.
  • Liaise with the brand manager for the good execution of animations.

Forecasts and Logistics

  • Monitor and analyze sell-out data to accurately forecast orders per season per client.
  • Analyze the stock and ensure that dormancy is kept to a minimum.


  • Bachelor degree level.
  • A minimum of 3 + years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation in a busy working environment.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience in previous sales or commercial achievements.
  • Good knowledge of Iraq market.
  • Willing to relocate in Iraq or already residing in the country.
