We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise awareness. You will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to Iraq market as per brands’ guidelines.

The ideal candidate should be creative, possess a strategic mind and most importantly have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns with respecting the different guidelines of each brand in all stores with whom the company deal with.



  • Study marketplace trends in Iraq: brand ranking, market share, etc.
  • Monitor the competition through market surveys, pricing analysis, product comparison etc…
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in the Iraqi market to achieve the designated brand’s objectives.
  • Communicate annual brand marketing plan to all retailers.
  • Have an accurate awareness of brand principles and communicate the same to all clients.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget in coordination with the Division Manager.
  • Responsible for the A&P as agreed with the supplier and internally.
  • Coordinate with the commercial and finance divisions for the demand order and complete the submission process to the suppliers accordingly.
  • Determine and analyze the market needs in all items related to our brands.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on prices and invoices.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-out data to accurately forecast orders per season per client.
  • Analyze the stock and ensure that dormancy is kept to a minimum.
  • Market visit to overall Iraq.
  • Ensure a good understanding of the market and the clients.
  • Conduct market surveys periodically.
  • Get data and information about the market an visualize it in presentation.


  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing brand and marketing strategies.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Languages (Arabic – English – French a plus)
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel inside and outside Iraq.
  • Age above 36 Years.
  • Willing to relocate in Iraq or already residing in the country.
